What is a roll-off container?
Commonly called a dumpster, a roll-off container is a large, open-top rectangular box with wheels designed for high-volume waste management. Our service delivers and removes the dumpsters we provide from residential, commercial, construction and industrial sites using specialized trucks.
What can I put in my dumpster?
You can use the dumpster for anything that is considered general, non-hazardous waste. Usually this consists of general household or business trash, building materials, wood and landscaping debris, concrete, rock and brick. Paint cans can only be included if empty and the lids have been removed.
What can’t I put in my dumpster?
No hazardous waste, bio-hazardous material, toxic material, televisions or electronics, batteries, Freon gas, oil, gas, propane or highly flammable chemicals, special waste or regulated material that requires a license to transport. If you wish to dispose of any of these items or have questions, please contact your local county office, and they will provide you with information on safe removal and disposal options.
What if I have two different types of waste? Can I mix them?
Yes, you can mix different types of waste. If you are interested in a “clean concrete” (like uncontaminated broken concrete from demolition or construction) or “brush only” (like woody materials from trimming or landscaping) container, the material may be recyclable. Ask us for details!
What size container do I need, and how big are they?
Our dumpsters come in these sizes and capacities:
10 yard (10L x 8W x 4H) – up to 5 tons
Good for declutter projects, small remodels, hard to get to locations
20 yard (20L x 8W x 4H) – up to 10 tons
Good for interior demos, bigger clean out projects, small scale demo
30 yard (20L x 8W x 5H) – up to 10 tons
Large construction projects, demolition jobs, big clean outs
Note that debris must not exceed the top or sides of the container. Overloading your dumpster may result in additional charges or penalties. If you aren’t sure of your needs, just call us. We’re happy to help.
How long can I keep the roll-off container?
You can keep the container as long as necessary. Daily rental fees are $3.00 per day.
What is the cost?
We charge a standard haul fee for any size container. The haul fee is required at the time of delivery and includes the delivery and pickup. Daily rental fees are $3.00 per day. Landfill fees depend on the weight and content of the debris.
